Callum Hudson-Odoi has agreed personal terms with Fulham ahead of a proposed move to the West London club.
Hudson-Odoi has returned to a Chelsea team that is undergoing a makeover under new manager Mauricio Pochettino after spending the previous season on loan with Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
The Evening Standard reports that Hudson-Odoi and Fulham have reached a personal agreement over a move, as Fulham looks to start making plans for progression after a good first season back in the top flight.
