The death is reported of Edward Aryee Armah, a member of the victorious Themogen Cup squad of 1958.
He is on record as the player to have scored Accra Great Olympics’ first-ever Goal in its first competitive match played against Abuakwa Susubiribi at Tafo in 1954.
