JC informs Grace that he has no plans of going home anytime soon, Grace suspected he might be going through a tough time and asks him about it but he said he is just not feeling well and leaves.
Inez ( Loe’s secretary) saw them holding hands and teases Grace for dating the boss and flirting with her friend.
But before they could take their arguments further, Leo comes there and Grace leaves with him on a date.
At the restaurant, Leo realized Grace is not herself so he asked her what’s going on and she told him that is about JC because she feels she is hiding something from her.
Leo asked her to go and see him since Grace is much concerned about JC.
Grace thanked him for understanding.
Leo looks on angry.
Meanwhile, JC went to talk to his office about his mission, he gives him the photos he took at the bar but he told JC the photos don’t prove anything because they are not solid.
He then told JC to find out who Leo’s partners are.
Eugene came home with the DNA reports and it proves that the body they buried was not Airis and this means Airis is alive, they hug with joy but Joan is emotional as she doesn’t know the current state of their son.
Later that night, Grace came home from work to talk to JC who was already home.
She asked him to talk to him about what is bordering him, JC breaks the news about his mother selling Airis to pay for his surgery.
Grace asked him to try and understand the situation at that moment because his life was on the line but JC said he can’t seem to forgive them because he lost his brother as a result of their decision years back.
Cordelia is worried about seeing Leo moody but when she asked him he told her he can handle the situation.
When Leo left, Cordelia told Hugo that she will do anything to see her children happy even if she has to kill.
Later at the dinner table, Cordelia is happy to see all the family members eating together and wish to see that often but Gwen said she is busy with school activities so she can’t make it on time for dinner.
Just then Gwen’s classmate “Nap” came there to fetch Gwen so they leave for school.
Ulysses told him to bring Gwen back home by 8pm and he agreed to do so.
Joan is in search of Airis so she went to a media house to get her story featured in their newspaper but when they asked her about the details of how her son went missing she couldn’t help but leave.
After dinner, Leo informs Ulysses about Nestol’s death, he added that his death will be at their advantage since the cops including Eugene believes Nestol was the head of the syndicate.
Cordelia is hell burnt hearing Eugene’s name and offers to get him killed but Ulysses asked her to relax because death is too cheap for Eugene.
Leo looks on.
JC went to their old neighborhood to look for Airis, he asked a woman the last time she saw Airis, the woman recalled Airis coming to her and asking the whereabouts of his family but they had already left the place so she told Airis that his family has left and she don’t know where they are going. The woman narrates everything to JC.
Leo texted JC to meet up with him.
Nap brought Gwen back home on time, Hugo saw them downstairs and asked Cordelia if they are dating but she said Gwen is too young for that.
Nap was about to tell Gwen something (Maybe love confessing.. Lol) but he stopped.
Hugo suggested they hire someone to look after Gwen and Cordelia’s Cousin is the best option.
Joan and Eugene were at the police station talking when Ulysses came there, he thanked Eugene for tracking down Nestol.
Eugene asks him not to be happy yet because the head of the syndicate is not yet captured, he added that he knows the head but he just needs concrete evidence to do so.
Ulysses then informs them he came to congratulate them for their good work, he gifts the office a car.
The chief officer took the car on their behalf and thanked him for his kindness.
Both Eugene and Ulysses stared at each other.
Cordelia’s cousin “Andrea” has arrived, she is the same age as Gwen.
Cordelia introduced her to Gwen and added that she will be living with them. Gwen is happy to have her age mate in the house.
At the bar, Ulysses and Leo brief their men about their next operation, which is expanding their website to other places and also about an upcoming transaction.
JC and another guy offers to work on it and Leo agreed.
Later, JC briefs his NBI friend about how the syndicate works, he explained in detail how they transport girls.
He told him about the upcoming transaction.
The day for the transaction is here and the NBI are in position as they watch them from behind, JC was the one handling the transaction and according to his plan, the NBI has to rescue the girls once he gets the payment, and it went just as planned.
Leo and Ulysses were angry hearing the news about the NBI raid, but Ulysses is proud of JC because they were able to get the money and he also believes JC is trustworthy.
Leo gets jealous seeing how Ulysses praised JC.
A guy comes to Joan’s eatery to have some food, he introduced himself as “Ishmael”
JC gets a message about the whereabouts of Airis so he went to check, the person he met was the guy who used to be the coach at the fighting Club Airis used to work. JC attacked the man for using his brother to make money and the man told him is his way of earning income and he don’t keep records of the fighters so he will give him the address of the fighting club.
When JC went to the address he was informed that the club was shut down by the police years back, the informer recognized Airis after looking at his picture so JC gave him his number to call him when he hears anything.
Cordelia met with Joan for some random chat, Joan told her that her husband will be picking her up soon.
As they were talking, Eugene came there and Cordelia is shocked to learn Eugene is Joan’s husband.
