R&B and afro-fusion singer Jackline Acheampong, popularly known as Gyakie, has stated she can’t date any of her colleagues in the music industry.
According to her, romantic relationships with people in the same field as you might be quite difficult.
In a recent interview with an Accra-based radio station, Gyakie disclosed her reason not to be in a romantic relationship with someone in the music industry.
“Love is a beautiful thing. I wouldn’t say it’s wrong, but at the same time, right now, I wouldn’t advise myself to be with someone in my industry,” she stated.
Gyakie is not publicly known to be in a romantic relationship.
In 2021, she was romantically linked with Nigerian singer Omah Lay, but it later turned out that the rumors were stunts for their collaboration ‘Forever’ remix.
