Magnificent McTominay inspires Red Devil's comeback win

Manchester United overcame a deficit to defeat Brentford at Old Trafford in the Premier League with two goals from Scott McTominay in stoppage time.

Thanks to Mathias Jensen’s first-half effort, United was on the verge of suffering its third straight home league defeat for the first time since 1977.

With just three minutes left to the end of the game, manager Erik ten Hag anxiously searched for a solution and called in McTominay, who duly delivered.

When Kristoffer Ajer botched a clearance inside of his own area for the opening goal, he displayed terrific composure before burying it.

Then, after Thomas Strakosha stopped Anthony Martial’s low shot, McTominay finished brilliantly after reacting quickest to a Harry Maguire flick-on.
