We begin the episode with Lucas telling Roman and Isagani about Lorenzo’s contract, Connor comes there and asks them to let him handle the contract since he is the only one who is less busy, Roman tells him he has a lot to learn in order to handle a contract on his own.
Connor tells Roman that he is not asking, he is rather telling them he will handle the contract, he leaves.
Isagani goes after him and tells him never to talk to Roman like that again, he added that the three of them can work on the project together but Connor tells him he doesn’t need his pity and he can handle it on his own. He leaves, Isagani looks on.
Matteo goes to pick his horse for a ride, in a distance a car speedily passes by, Matteo sees it and says whoever the driver is, he just meets his match.
The driver turns out to be Lorenzo, he come across a man in the middle of the road and the man asks for help because his van is broken, when Lorenzo goes to help, the man and some others attacked Lorenzo but he fights back. When they managed to get the upper hand, they nearly shot Lorenzo but Isagani who was also driving towards that direction comes to his rescue and they fight the thugs.
They managed to drive the thugs away, Isagani extends his hands and mentions his name, Lorenzo extends back and upon hearing Lorenzo’s name, Isagani realise he is the same guy who wants to sign a deal with them (Cardinals)
At the Distillery, Lucas tells Diane that Loranzo is late for their meeting, just then Isagani calls him and inform him about what happened to Lorenzo.
When he ends the call, Lorenzo thanks Isagani for helping him out, he started his dialogues about human attitude, revenge and others.
Later, Isagani tells Lucas and Diana about his encounter with Lorenzo, Diane tells him to be careful with Lorenzo because he might turn out to be just like Connor, Isagani tells her not to worry because Enzo looks genuine.
When Lorenzo gets home, he tells himself Isagani has no idea that Roman tried to kill both of them and their mother years back but he won’t hesitate to get Isagani out of his way because he knows Isagani will still choose Roman in the end.
At the Silverio’s, Matteo express his anger about the car which derived pass him earlier, Gigi tells him about Lorenzo and his Contract with the Cardinals, Matteo tells her that he will get Lorenzo to sign a deal with him instead.
Lorenzo comes to the distillery the next day to talk about the deal, he tells Diane and Lucas about his encounter with Joaquin.
Connor comes there and tries to act as the boss but Lorenzo tells him he is okay with Diane and Lucas’s company.
At home, Connor tells Roman about inviting Loranzo for dinner, Roman is impressed.
Loranzo is getting dress for the dinner, he tells himself that now that he has entered the Cardinal world, he will make sure he takes everything from Roman.
Later, when he arrives at the Cardinal mansion, Connor comes to welcome him but Enzo gives him attitude.
Scene shifts to the pool side where the dinner is taking place. They are all seated, food is served by different servants, Lorenzo smirks at his servant. when everyone opens their food, Lorenzo’s own turns out to be a gun, he takes the gun and shots Lucas, Isagani and Connor who was trying to run away, they fall down. Lorenzo stands on the table and tells Roman that he tried to kill his mother and this is his revenge, Roman begs him to forgive him. Lorenzo shots him and he falls, Diane shouts ‘noooooo” from behind, Mrs Martha cries.
Lorenzo sits down and eats.
It all turns out to be Lorenzo’s imagination after Mrs Martha drops a plate from behind.
Isagani then introduce everyone, Roman and Enzo exchange greetings.
In her room, a sleeping Alba dreams about what she did to Soledad, she gets up and cries saying why can’t Soledad get out of her head.
Scene shifts to Los Angeles California where Soledad sees a file on the floor, she looks at it and looks on.
At the dinner, they talk about their projects here and there, Connor tries to be the good guy but Isagani keeps praising Lucas.
Matteo goes to Lorenzo’s house but a servant tells him about Lorenzo’s meeting with the Cardinals, Matteo insults the servant when he told him to call Lorenzo’s secretary. He asks the servant who set the meeting with Enzo, he tells Matteo its Connor. Matteo looks on angry.
At the dinner, they talk about family, relatives and love, Roman talks about how he loves his sons and his late wife. after hearing enough, Enzo gets up to go to the washroom.
At home, Matteo is angry that Connor has betrayed him. He shouts at a maid when she brought him food, he angrily stabs a table with a knife and expresses his anger towards Connor.
When Lorenzo goes inside the washroom, he angrily hits his hand on the sink and says “there is no way you are going to f00l me Roman, and i won’t stop until i hear from your own mouth that you tried to kill my mother, and I’m going to make you regret what you have done to us Roman. And then I’m going to make you beg for your own son’s forgiveness” he looks into the mirror. Episode ends.
