The 35-person Liberia team took a flight on Royal Air Maroc Airlines and arrived in Accra at 4:30 am on Tuesday for their international friendly match against Ghana.
Liberia was eliminated after finishing third in its group, but Ghana advanced after defeating Central African Republic 2-1 to earn a spot in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire.
The friendly international will take place in the Accra Sports stadium on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at 4 p.m., and will be live streamed on Max TV.
