Martinus Koopman, coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, has revealed that his side’s home win over Medeama SC is his best home game so far.
Following an impressive 3-1 win over the CAF Champions League contenders, Medeam SC, the gaffer of the Phobians spoke to StarTimes, expressing his satisfaction.
“At home, I think yes [this was my best game as a Hearts of Oak coach], but the last game was also good,” Koopman said.
“They [fans] have waited a long time [to see this], but if you are patient, we did it in the training session, and it is now reflected in the game.”
An own goal from Appiah Kubi and a brace from Hamza Issah saw Hearts of Oak earn their second win of the season.
