We begin tonight’s episode with the confrontation between Ulysses and Eugene in Leo’s office, he asks how a police officer like him is able to build such a hotel and Ulysses said he hasn’t change and he’s still not found of him asking what he did to him and Eugene said those who break the law will always pay and Ulysses said people want him dead because he’s rich.
Jc, his boss and his partner meet at a shop and they try to communicate about Jc investigating the Balthazar’s.
Ulysses ask Leo why Eugene was there and he said to question him about the attack on him. Ulysses tells him the story about when they were partners telling Leo to not get closer to him since he’s an upright cop.
Jc tells his people about the lead on Nestor and Dante and how he met Nestor, concluding the Balthazar’s are Nestor’s victims to.
Ulysses tells Leo to do a good job in impressing one of their partners. After he left Leo sends Jc a message to come spur with him.
The brothers begin to spur in the ring as Leo ask Jc if he reports everything to the police since his dad visited him and he said he just told him after he asked about his work and Leo said what happens at the hotel should stay at the hotel, he also said Eugene ask about Dante and he can help them look for him.
Ulysses tells Cordelia about Eugene’s visit to the hotel but tell her to come down since he insists worth their time.
JC tells Leo Dante is the main reason they lost his twin since he was only into child trafficking and Aris would’ve still been alive and Leo ask what kind of mother will give their son away, he said he will help them find him so he gets the chance to impress his dad.
Hugo can’t believe Cordelia is drinking gin and she said it’s because of Eugene but Ulysses ask her not to do anything for now.
Joan tells the priest how the search for Dante is coming along and how she will be able to face Dante if the time comes.
Cordelia is still crying out her eyes saying immediately Ulysses gives her the go signal he will make Eugene suffer the pain of losing a childlike how she felt all these years.
Joan confesses to the priest JC doesn’t know the whole truth and she never expected Dante to show up again and if Jc finds out the truth it will be the death of him.
Jc meets up with his partner outside the hotel and they discuss the information gathered about Nestor with Jc saying he has to get close to the Balthazar’s before Nestor attacks them again.
Inez scolds Leo about his disappearance from the office and he raises his voice saying he doesn’t have to give her every detail since she isn’t his wife and Inez ask who Dante is after seeing a picture on his table with Leo asking why they didn’t find Dante when he needed them and it’s that damn family who ruined his life. She tells him to seek revenge since he has the power to make all of them pay with Leo saying he will make all of them suffer.
Leo waits for Grace at the lobby trying to apologize again when Jc interrupts them asking if there was a problem. Eugene continues his investigation on Nestor.
Jc ask what Leo did to Grace and he said he likes her and only trying to persue her but she’s avoiding him and Jc said he doesn’t want to get involved since they both his friends but if he wants to persue Grace he should make sure he’s serious about her since Grace is his best friend and he shouldn’t hurt her.
Leo visits Grace again and he offers to give them to a ride to someone’s party. At the party he follows Grace around annoying Jc as he’s teased for been slow. Leo continues to apologize to Grace. A brawl begins when a man comes there to look for his wife and Jc beats the hell out of him surprising Leo who said he hasn’t changed one bit.
Joan continues to think about Jc as Eugene comes to comfort her and they talk about how to help Jc be in control of his anger wishing he changes once they find Dante who is the root of his anger but Joan still worries Jc won’t forgive her when he finds out about the whole truth.
In his wash room, Leo gets flashbacks of times with his real family saying he will see if they can smile once they lose all they value the most and what if he starts by ruining Eugene’s good reputation.
Eugene comforts Joan that Jc will forgive her since he’s compassionate.
Leo continues to think about the Reyes and this time Joan saying he will take away her precious Julius.
Eugene offers to drop the Case against Dante if it will make Joan feel better but she said he has to pay.
Leo continues saying Jc has no idea his mother sold one of her sons so their lies revolves around him and he’s no saint at all getting flashbacks of Jc saying they about to see the person capable of been evil and he will expose JC.
Eugene continues to look for Dante and Nestor but there’s still no leads since he’s good at covering his tracks but he refuses to give up.
Eugene is attacked by some goons almost killing him.
Cordelia tries to stop Gwen from going out saying she can only go out with a body guard but her friend suggested they do their project in their house instead. Hugo then receives a call about Leo buying a car and they get surprised.
Leo checks the van asking them to deliver it to an address but shouldn’t tell them who is from.
Eugene updates JC about the attack on him thinking it’s Nestor.
Leo gets a call from the goons reporting to him about how they attacked Eugene on his instructions and he said it’s just a warning as he smiles.
Joan is worried about what happened to Eugene as the villagers try to calm her down.
Leo visits grace again and joins her in the stream to catch frogs surprising her.
Cordelia and Hugo visit the hotel as she seems happy about the new car Leo bought thinking it’s hers.
The delivery man arrives to deliver Joan’s brand new car surprising everyone as she said it’s a mistake but he insists it’s hers saying she won it as a price making the villagers happy.
Leo said Grace has been avoiding him that’s why he’s there as he tries to flirt with her.
Cordelia and Hugo continues to wait for Leo at the lobby for her surprise car gift.
The delivery man lead Joan and the villagers to her new car and she’s still surprised. we ended as Joan is surprised whiles Cordelia waits for her surprise.
