A special nod to Ghanaian culture has been incorporated into FC Nordsjaelland’s third uniform for the 2023–24 season. The Danish club is well recognized for its close relationship with the Right to Dream Academy in Akosombo.
The Dwennimmen symbol from the Akan heritage, which stands for humility, has been incorporated as a result of the partnership between the club and Nike.
Even though the Dwennimmen insignia is prominent on the uniform, FC Nordsjaelland continues to blend several cultures. The design of the jersey intelligently incorporates elements from Egyptian and Danish past as another nod to its heritage.
