Bayern Munich has signed Mike Wisdom, a 13-year-old midfielder, for an eye-catching amount.

Champions of the Bundesliga for many years , Bayern Munich has finalized the acquisition of Mike Wisdom, a teenage striker from Borussia Monchengladbach in Germany.

Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen were also in negotiations with the 13-year-old attacker, but the Bavarian giants won the fight for his signing.

Wisdom is regarded as one of Germany’s best young prospects, and he has already been projected for success, with Bayern Munich apparently scouting him for over two years. The teenage forward is known to have a lot of speed and is also quite composed in one-on-one situations.

The overall cost will be €300,000, although this includes a substantial signing bonus. In addition, the player’s parents will be compensated handsomely for their relocation, while Monchengladbach will get a €20,000 bonus.

While Wisdom and his family are ecstatic about the relocation, some vociferous opponents have spoken out against it. Ronald Virkus, the director of Borussia Monchengladbach, expressed his opinions on the transfer, saying, “Such deals are anything but beneficial for German football, it’s distasteful.”

In the Summer Transfer Window, Wisdom will join his new colleagues.
