The Confederation of Africa Athletics (CAA) Region II Championship is set to commence at the University of Ghana, Legon Sports Stadium on Tuesday, 4th June 2024.
Athletes representing countries across the region, including Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Gabon, Gambia, Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, and Côte d’Ivoire, have gathered in Accra to participate in a wide array of events, spanning sprints, distance races, hurdles, relays, and field events.
It is hereby emphasized that all TV stations, website operators, and social media platforms, inclusive of YouTube and Facebook, are prohibited from unauthorized live broadcasting or streaming of the event. Only authorized broadcasters and websites are permitted to air or stream this content.
Violators of this directive will be subjected to legal repercussions. We will vigorously uphold our rights under the law.
