Defending champions Medeama SC returned to winning ways in their match week four game against Bechem United on Saturday afternoon thanks to a 2-1 comeback win at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.
Cephas Kofi Mantey of Bechem United scored the first goal in the 27th minute.
After the break, Medeama regrouped and made a strong start to the second half.
Striker Jonathan Sowah’s outstanding goal gave the Yellow and Mauves an equalizer in the 74th minute.
Ebenezer Nkrumah, a second-half replacement who scored the winning goal for the CAF Champions League challengers, broke the hearts of the home crowd.
