2026 FIFA WC QUALIFIERS: Ghana qualify with Kurt Okraku in charge - Moses Armah Parker

Moses Armah Parker, owner of BetPawa Premier League side Medeama SC, has expressed his confidence in the Black Stars qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup under the second term of the Ghana Football Association’s President, Kurt Okraku.

Ghana managed to qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar after a nervy play-off tie against long-time rival Nigeria in the first term of the GFA President’s reign.

“Now that Kurt Okraku is in charge of the football association, Ghana will not fail in the World Cup; we always have to be at the Mundial under Kurt. I will believe the stadium will be full and the Black Stars will deliver,” he told a Kumasi-based radio station.

The Black Stars are aiming to begin their qualifying campaign against Madagascar with a win at Baba Yara Sports Stadium at 4 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2023.

Don’t miss the live radio commentary of the crucial opener on Max 89.7 at 2 p.m.
