2024 WAFCON QUALIFIERS: Watch Black Queens hold first training ahead of Namibia clash

On Tuesday, November 28, the Black Queens held their first practice at Union Park in Legon in preparation for their Women’s Cup of Nations (WAFCON) final round first leg qualifier against Namibia.

Nineteen players from Nora Häuptle’s team reported to camp at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel on Monday, when camp officially commenced.

Evelyn Badu and Susan Ama Duah are the two most recent additions, bringing the total to 20 players. Gifty Assifuah and Janet Egyir are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday.

Namibia and Ghana will play on Friday, December 1, 2023.
