Bofoakwa Tano qualified for the Division One League Super Cup final, where they will play Skyy FC on September 1 of 2023 to determine the winner for this year.
Elijah Addai’s free-kick goal in extra time gave Bofoakwa Tano a spirited 1-0 victory over Nations FC on Tuesday after neither club managed to score in regulation time.
In the other semi-final match, Skyy FC narrowly defeated Kpando Heart of Lions to advance to their second straight final.
Before halftime, on the 43rd minute, Baba Musah scored to give Skyy the lead. They clung to that one objective in order to advance at Heart of Lions’ expense.
The Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports complex in Abrankese will host the final of the 2023 Division One League Super Cup on Friday, September 1, 2023.
