At night, Hope flashbacks to when Jake joined the business league, when he returned the book they fought over to her and at the hospital how she told Jake that they’re bonded together since his bone marrow is located in her and how Jake finally proposed to her earlier as they both can’t sleep. Jake opens the door and sees Hope at the door so they decide to talk in the living room, they discuss their various families as Hope sleeps and Jake takes her to her bedroom
At the office, Gabriel flashbacks to the times he spent with Jake and Hope, when they all stared at the painting on a wall, when they had fun at the Villarosa mansion. He then soliloquies that Hope and Jake are the most important people in his life and he doesn’t know what to do if anything bad happens to them so hopes they’re save at wherever they are.
On her bed, Ellice flashbacks to when she reveals the secret agreement between her and Marissa to Jake and when Belen told Ellice that Marissa used Hope against her to get what she wants so Ellice also should use Jake to get back her shares. She then takes her phone and looks at her pictures with Hope and apologizes for dragging her into her conflicts.
At the Condo, Marissa flashbacks to when Jake confronted her about taking advantage of Hope’s situation and Lucing telling her that they’re facing the consequences of their fight. Marissa meets up with Avel that she doesn’t know what to do because she can’t loss her son and Avel advises her to drop her case against Ellice as she cries as she holds a picture frame of her and Jake.
The Next day at Villarosa Mansion, Cristina calls her friend to publish the disappearance of Jake and Hope on television. She asks Carmelita and Helen if they’ve gotten any information from Ellice but they said No.
Elsewhere, Marissa visits her attorney to withdraw the case against Ellice because her son is missing. The attorney asks Marissa if she wants to lose the company but Marissa said she doesn’t care because what matters is to get her son back in one piece.
At the Ceñidoza Mansion, Ellice attorney informs them that Marissa has withdrawn her case against Ellice as Belen interrupted that she has come back to her senses and maybe she’s afraid of karma after everything she has done to Ellice. Gabriel tells her that it’s not the right time to discuss that which Ellice agrees as Belen leaves.
In her car, Marissa thanks Sonya for helping her and Sonya said Marissa is her friend so she needs to help her and it’s not only Jake but her niece Hope too. She tells Marissa to keep the children from her revenge because she’s only lying to her family because she sympathizes with Marissa.
Elsewhere Chari calls Alfred to find out if he has gotten any news about Jake and Hope because she’s worried about Hope and she’s still recovering.
Gabriel and Ellice go to the dean’s office to find out if their CCTV cameras maybe captured Jake and Hope before they disappeared because they’re missing. The dean tells them that he will check their CCTV footage and have their photos posted all over the college so if they get any information they will contact them as they give him Hope and Jake photos.
Agatha enters Marissa’s office for Jake’s details for help locate them. Marissa asks her why she’s doing that and Agatha tells her that it has nothing to do with them but since she wants her son back they should help each other.
The security looks through the CCTV but there was no sign of Hope and Jake. Ellice tells Gabriel that it’s a day now but they’ve not heard from them because Hope has not been away from them before and she’s was just discharged from the hospital so how is she’s supposed to take care of herself. Gabriel encourages her that they will do their best to look for them.
Cesar calls Red for updates on the children and Red tells him that they were last seen withdrawing money from an ATM in a bank so Cesar said he’s sure that they’re just around and he should speed up with his search. Elsewhere Hope wakes up looking for Jake but he was buying foodstuffs.
Alfred and Chari visit the printing press to print the photos of Jake and Hope so they can help look for them. Also, Blue and Tutti are out looking for them and distributes their pictures in case someone sees them. At Ceñidoza, Pinky, Chona and Rio are on the phone giving descriptions of the missing children.
Later, Jake arrives and Hope hugs him saying he scared her by leaving her alone. Jake tells her that he went to the market to buy some foodstuffs to cook for her and gives her a flower so she smiles because she looks beautiful when she does.
At college, Alfred and Chari distribute the photos in search of Jake and Hope. RJ arrives and collected both pictures but tells Alfred that he doesn’t care if Jake goes missing and threw Jake’s photo away and leaves. Elsewhere, Jake and Hope cook together when Hope got hurt in the process so Jake treats her wound for her.
Alfred, Ellice, Gabriel, Marissa and Sonya distribute pictures of Jake and Hope around. Later, Agatha calls Ellice that Jake was seen around Batangas and Ellice asks her if Hope is with him but Agatha said she doesn’t know and the police are on their way there as Gabriel and Ellice leave while Belen spies on them.
Belen calls Cesar to inform him that Jake and Hope are in Batangas so he should go look for them because the police are already on their way and they might reach there before him. Cesar tells her not to worry because he has already sent his man to that place and Belen said they can’t defeat them again as Cesar smiles.
At college, Chari and Alfred beg RJ to drive them to look for Jake and Hope to redeem himself and not act like he does care about Hope. Elsewhere, Jake helps Hope to fry fish because Hope is scared of frying.
Red’s friend calls him that he saw Jake and followed him to some house so Red tells him to text him with the address of the house. In a car, Ellice looks at Hope’s picture and flashbacks to when she knelt in front of Marissa for help, she then soliloquies that if anything bad happens to Hope then she has no one else to blame than Marissa as she cries.
In a car, Blue asks Marissa why Jake would run away and Marissa said it’s her fault because she was too blind with her revenge without listening to Jake. Blue asks if she’s tossing her plans away and Marissa tells him that if that’s the only thing to do to get Jake back and win his trust again then she will do it.
Jake and Hope eat together and she asks him who taught him how to cook and he says it’s Marissa. She asks how Marissa and Ellice friendship was destroyed but Jake said he doesn’t know and doesn’t want them to be part of their mess. Red arrives at their location but they run away from him. On their way Jake flashbacks to when he saw Red arriving with a gun so they decided to pass the other entrance and run.
RJ, Alfred and Chari are also on their way to Batangas. Red calls Cesar that Hope and Jake have run away from him but Cesar got angry at Red that they’re just kids and perhaps they might be roaming around. A present Belen asks if Red really allowed them to escape like that and Cesar said they will be able to track them down as she leaves. Cesar soliloquies that he won’t let them escape with their lives because it will give him the upper hand against them.
