Multiple award-winning gospel crooner, Joe Mettle has debunked Wendy Shay’s assertion that all men cheat, claiming the Afrobeat artiste said that out of experience.
According to him, the assertion was fallacious and could not be applied to all men.
Reacting to the assertion that “Every Man Cheats” which is the title track of Wendy Shay’s latest song, the “Boo no ni” hitmaker, said the fact that some men have extramarital affairs did not warrant that all men were the same and followed the same footpath.
He expressed utmost surprise that a woman could entertain such a thought and believed that Wendy Shay was saying that since she had been a victim before.
“The woman said every man cheats? It should be a man who can say that. Maybe she said that because of the experience he had with her boyfriend. I am telling you as a man that it is not true that every man cheats.”
“And especially when you say every man cheats, you didn’t say it well. Some people say most men cheat but when you say every man cheats, then that’s wrong,” he stated.
Joe Mettle challenged her to ask other men if her assertion was true and expressed his total disagreement with her.
