'Victory' by Joyce Blessings a gospel song - Kofi Donkor quizzes critics

Kofi Donkor, the manager and husband of gospel musician, Celestine Donkor has chastised OB Nartey and all those who condemned gospel musicians for collaborating with secular musicians.

He quizzed why those critics have remained maim when renowned gospel musician, Joyce Blessing disclosed that her new song “Victory” was written by Kuami Eugene.

In a recent Facebook post to criticize those individuals, Kofi Donkor wondered why a song which featured a secular musician was not considered to be gospel but the song written and sung by a gospel musician was considered gospel.

“A song written by a gospel artist that features a secular artist is not considered as a gospel song but a song by a secular artist and done by a gospel artiste is a gospel song… Smh
Hypocrisy in the highest order,” he posted.

Kofi Donkor then quizzed critics whether or not Victory which was written by Kuami Eugene and sung by Joyce Blessing is considered a gospel.

“I hear Kuami Eugene wrote this song for Joyce Blessings I’m surprised that Kwame Dadzie’s best friend Kwame Ob Nartey is not talking. The song was  written by a secular artist for Christ sake! Is it a gospel song?,” He quizzed.
