Hearts of Oak striker Kojo Obeng Jr scored a bullet of a goal as his side beat King Faisal 1-0.
This was a Ghana Premier League (GPL) Week 15 game and was played at the Accra Sports Stadium.
King Faisal had gone three games without a win and looked to cause Hearts problems early in the game.
Hearts soaked the pressure and finally had the breakthrough in the 24th minute.
A long ball in the King Faisal area was headed out and it fell kindly to Obeng Jr who hit a half volley past goalkeeper Frank Boateng to give Hearts the lead.
He could have doubled his tally before half time but his header came off the post.
After the recess King Faisal took control of the game and went in search of the equalizer.
Hearts of Oak stood their grounds and were resolute with the game eventually ending 1-0.
