Cardo receives an anonymous letter
“Carmen already gave the message she wanted to convey. She’s asking for justice. What’s even frightening is that there seems to be an element of reality in the dreams of chief.”
Cardo shows Delfin the letter he received a moment ago and they discuss the possibility of it being connected to his dreams. He orders Benny to keep his mouth shut about the matter and not inform Billy and his family until he finds the person who sent the letter, lest it only alarm them.
A woman who happens to be a drug dealer surrenders to the CIDG and gives them some info about her community being a center for the repacking of drugs, as well as the police officer she had been taking orders from before, an SP02 Soleman. Without wasting much time, the police and the CIDG raid the community and Soleman takes a kid hostage. However, Cardo takes him down with ease.
Makmak informs his parents about having been chosen as the representative of grade 5 for a spelling bee contest and he soon begins practicing. Some neighbors come to announce the incident that had happened in Makmak’s former neighborhood concerning the women who had been caught repacking illegal drugs along with their children.
Delfin has a meeting with some other high-ranking officials regarding the recent drug raid and he brings up how he suspects that either a drug lord or one of them could be behind the operation. Meanwhile, Andrea asks Tomas whether he would really take Verna to see Rachel like he had promised.
“I only said that to calm her down,” Tomas says.
“But ma’am Verna will expect that.”
“If you have to increase the dosage, do it.”
Cita spies as Tomas walks away. She later informs Don Emilio about Tomas’ order to give Verna a double dose, worried about the possibility of her losing her mind on account of that. Emilio mentions that he already has a plan. Cita suggests that they ask Joaquin to help them but Emilio isn’t sure the jackass is trustworthy.

Cardo has the same haunting dream again about Carmen asking for justice for her and Ador’s deaths. He later informs his family about it. Flora is confused since Ador’s case has already been closed. Elmo thinks Cardo’s dream is just a dream but Yolly disagrees with him, bringing up her grandmother’s saying about how spirits convey messages in dreams.
“Carmen already gave the message she wanted to convey,” Benny points out. “She’s asking for justice. What’s even frightening is that there seems to be an element of reality in the dreams of chief.”
Cardo gives Benny a look. Flora asks if something is going on and with Delfin’s persuasion, Cardo reveals the letter he received concerning Carmen’s death. The family then begin discussing the matter. At the Tuazons, Verna harbors the thought of putting on an act in hopes of finding out what’s really going on. Meanwhile, Alyana informs Jerome about her recent discovery of Verna having been discharged from the hospital, and Jerome begins to wonder why the Tuazons would lie about that.
“Question is, where is Mrs. Tuazon?” Alyana begins. “And what’s happening to her?”
“Does this mean her family’s hiding her?” Pinggoy chimes in.
“But why will the Tuazons do that?” Jerome asks.
Tomas controls Verna
Verna goes on with her act of being a good, civil patient. Andrea hands her some pills and a glass of water and she fakes taking her medicine. Once the nurse is distracted for a second, Verna hides the pills in her arm sling.
The guy who sent Cardo the letter spies as Cardo is asking around about him. A moment later, an officer delivers another letter to Cardo, which claims to point out the actual location where Carmen was killed. Suspecting that the sender has information about Carmen’s death, Cardo shows the new lead to Delfin, determined to follow the it in hopes of finding out the truth. Meanwhile, Allan the sender is sleeping comfortably when a coworker wakes him and engages him in a small talk.
Alyana informs her father about her recent discovery of Verna having been discharged from the hospital, as well as the oddity of her not showing up for her daughter’s wake and funeral. Teddy waters down her facts and suspicions, suggesting that she look for other stories to cover. At the Tuazons, Andrea steps out for a bit and Verna takes the opportunity to slip the pills into her Lipton jug before going on with her sleep pretense. The nurse soon pours herself a cup and begins drinking.
Arriving outside the Tuazon mansion, Alyana asks to see Verna and Cita goes to inform Tomas and Don Emilio. A moment later, Cita tries to dismiss Alyana, who asks to speak with Verna since Tomas doesn’t want to talk. Cita says Verna is on medication and can’t be disturbed. Inside, Andrea is passed out and Verna retrieves the keys and slips out. While she tries to find her way out of the house, Alyana fires questions at Cita relentlessly. Cita tries saying something but some goons arrive just then to shut her up.
Verna maneuvers around the house and out of Tomas’ line of sight. While the scumbags hustle Alyana and her cameraman into leaving, Verna calls out for Cita as Froilan catches her. As she’s being forced into her car, Alyana keeps asking about the person who had just yelled out. Meanwhile, Tomas calms down a distraught Verna who’s constantly asking to see her daughter.
Lorraine and the rest of the school see JP’s apologetic words written on the glass panel and they begin wondering whether the two are now an item. JP comes over, asking if he’s forgiven. The other students cheer him on, urging Lorraine to forgive him already.
“Mr. Arevalo,” begins the dean who chances upon the scene. “Are you the one who vandalized this glass panel?”
“You’re in trouble now,” Lorraine taunts JP.
“Yes, ma’am,” JP merely says.
Verna is admitted back into her personal prison room and she keeps on asking about her daughter. Tomas and Don Emilio claim that Rachel’s still in the hospital. Verna asks Cita if Rachel is still alive. With Tomas eyeing her, Cita tells her that Rachel is still alive.
While JP cleans the glass panel he had vandalized earlier, an excited Mitch comes over to help out and JP asks her to help him out with her best friend, Lorraine. Some students tease Lorraine about JP’s stunt and how he seems to like her. At camp Crame, Vargas informs the team about how his savings had been wiped out because his mother had to undergo a bypass operation, adding that he still needs a huge amount to get her out. Billy and Benny both give him some money. Later, Cardo also gives him a considerable amount and Vargas thanks him.
Cardo examines the anonymous letter, determined to investigate it despite Benny’s suspicion of it being a trap. Billy comes to call him in into the conference room and Cardo quickly hides the letter. At the Arevalos, Teddy recalls how his family had been threatened some years ago. The episode ends as Cardo stares at the anonymous letter with resolve.
