The President of Mauritius has congratulated thirteen Ghanaian African Leadership College (ALC) graduates at a celebratory ceremony in Pamplemousses, Mauritius.
H.E. Elizabeth Nyantakyi, Consul General for Ghana in Mauritius, was present at the ceremony to support the Ghanaian graduates and delivered a speech.
The graduates were part of a class of over 150 students from all over Africa who have finished undergraduate and graduate studies at ALC in subjects ranging from computer science and engineering to business management and social sciences.
“My time at ALC is one that I will treasure. It has instilled not only world-class skills and technical knowledge but also provided me with incredible real-world experiences, from connecting with ALC’s global network of visiting experts to participating in masterclasses with the brightest business minds in Africa,” said Diana Nyaama Asilga, who studied BA (Hons) Business Management and won the Africa Opportunities Award.
The 13 Ghanaian ALC graduates were: Kobina Addo, Diana Nyaama Asilga, Irene Boadi, Sandra Mensah, Davina Adjua Yawson, Ama Owaree Twum, Zuleiha Abdulai, Tessa Nana Esi Saakwaba Akwa, Hajaru Baba Dua, Frimpong Agyemang, Abena Agyenim-Boateng, Nana Appeadu Yeboah-Boateng, and Atama Beyuo.
